Electric heating element
Flanged immersion heaters consist of hairpin bent tubular elements
welded or brazed into a flange and provided with wiring boxes for
electrical connections. Flange heaters are installed by bolting to
a matching flange welded to the tank wall or nozzle. A wide
selection of flange sizes, kilowatt ratings,voltages, terminal
housings and sheath materials makes these heaters ideal for all
types of heating applications
Electric heating is used as a backup heating method for solar water
heaters, and is used when the hot water temperature does not meet
the requirements for use.
Electric heating has the function of temperature control to prevent
dry burning, and will automatically stop heating when the
temperature reaches the maximum.
Electric heating should be installed and commissioned by a
Leakage protection plug should be installed separately during
electric heating installation.
Electric heating can be controlled by the solar controller to start
and heat, and the heating period should be set to avoid waste.
When someone uses a solar water heater, it is strictly forbidden to
turn on electric heating to avoid a safety accident.
Disconnect the power when the electric heating is not in use.
Install electric heating should choose high quality cable of
suitable diameter to avoid sharing with other equipment.
At 220V, 1500W electric heating should choose 1.5 square copper
